Energy of the Week: Earth Guardian

Anyone else feeling the inklings of increased energy and motivation? 🙋‍♀️ Welcome to Leo season, Friends! It's the time each year when the Sun adds fire, passion, and energy into our lives.

That's all well and good, but after the last several weeks of transition and tide changes that we've been experiencing things may feel a little foreign to us right now. The energy of the Earth Guardian greets us this week with the reminder to find our footing and to remain grounded during these unfamiliar times. In a time when newness and change abound, hold on to what brings you comfort and helps you remain grounded. Use these touchstones this week and consciously connect with the energy at your feet. Send that energy straight through the soles of your feet and deep into Mother Earth - she will do an excellent job of hosting and holding us all this week and in the weeks ahead as this period of change and transition continues. It's truly what she does best, honestly. ❤️
