Energy of the Week: Clear, Cancel, Release

As we step into the energy of today's Full Moon in Virgo, we are likely feeling all the feels. Virgo is the sign of organization, structure, rules, and high standards. With the energy of the Full Moon stirring up emotions around the logical, goal oriented side of Virgo, if we haven't lived up to the extra high expectations that we have for ourselves we may be feeling a little "less than."

If we spend too much time in that headspace, the negative beliefs and thoughts that we hold about ourselves can run unchecked. Before we know it, our internal dialogue is full of harsh things that we say to ourselves that we would never even dream of saying to others. This is a week to be gentle with ourselves. To be kind to ourselves. To release those untruths that our inner critic loves to unleash.

Clear, cancel, release, Friends. Those negative thoughts and beliefs are untrue and they don't serve you. Step into your power by taking control of your inner dialogue. You deserve your own love and kindness...this week more than others.
